   Congratulations

   Capt. Peggy Van Vleet

20152

Captain Of The Year

I would like to thank everyone who are members of LECBA and ask for your continued support.
Those of you who are not members, I would like to personally ask for your help.
LECBA is not a social club!
What we are is the Voice of Lake Erie and the most powerful lobbying organization on the Great Lakes.
We advocate Lake Erie issues traveling from Toledo to Columbus 15 to 20 times a year and to Washington DC one to two times a year where we continue to develop strong relationships with our State and Federal legislators.
Our guard must not be lowered because of this year's water quality and lack of harmful algal blooms.
Lower than average rainfall not government action is responsible.
 We cannot stop our efforts.
We have two fabulous hatches ('14 & '15) and if we can clean up our lake we can return back to the glory days of the '80's and '90's.

I hope those who are not members of LECBA will take this opportunity to join and be a part of the ongoing efforts to preserve Lake Erie.

Thanks to current members who support our mission.

Sincerely,

Captain Paul Pacholski
President
